What this site is

cruciblegroup.info is the public holding page for CRUCiBLE Capital Systems LLC. It does not sell anything, does not accept public account signups, and does not collect contact information from visitors beyond what is described below.

What we collect

• Anonymous analytics — page views, referrer, country, device class via Vercel Analytics. No IP addresses are stored, no cookies are placed for tracking.
• B2B visitor identification (RB2B) — we use RB2B, a third-party business-to-business identity resolution service, to identify professional contacts from US-based companies that visit this site. RB2B may surface a visitor's name, company, professional title, work email, and public LinkedIn profile when those details are associated with a matching company in their data network. This is used solely for business outreach related to CRUCiBLE platforms. Personal browsing by individuals outside of a professional context is generally not identified. You can opt out at any time at unsubscribe.rb2b.com. Data is processed by RB2B Inc. in accordance with their privacy policy.
• Admin login — the Command Center at /dashboard is restricted to authorized CRUCiBLE Capital Systems LLC personnel. Authentication is handled by Supabase (email + password). If you are not an authorized admin, this section does not apply to you.
• Contact form — the /contact page accepts an email address and a message, which we receive at shawwe@alumni.vcu.edu. We use that solely to reply.

What we do not collect

• No advertising cookies and no consumer-tracking pixels for ad retargeting.
• No accounts for the general public — there is nothing to sign up for on cruciblegroup.info.
• No payment information (no products are sold on this domain).
• No personal browsing identification — the RB2B service described above is scoped to professional/business identity only.

Linked platforms have their own policies

Each platform we operate (UNIFEED, Crucible Markets, Studio Labs, VibeGuide, CRUCiBLE Security, Go Bananas, JobZone) has its own privacy policy that governs whatever data you share with that platform. This policy applies only to cruciblegroup.info.

Your rights

Even though we collect almost nothing, you can email shawwe@alumni.vcu.edu to ask what we have on you, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days.

Analytics and Session Recording

We use PostHog for product analytics and session recording to improve our platform. This includes anonymized tracking of page views, clicks, and user interactions. Session recordings capture mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling behavior to help us identify and fix usability issues. Sensitive fields such as passwords, credit card numbers, and personal financial data are automatically masked and never recorded. You can opt out of session recording at any time in your account settings. Data is processed by PostHog Inc. in accordance with their privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify, so check back here.
